'Scottie On The Space Station' is a very beautiful book which made me to pick it up. It is for the kids of age between 5 to 7 years. The story revolves around the protagonist Ellie who lives on a space station with her family. Her mother is an intergalactic doctor and her father is a scientist who studies the stars. Her brother Scottie is a person with disabilities. At space station they can do anything whatever they want. There they also meet alien visitors. Read the book and join Ellie and Scottie as they meet a young alien Junpei.
The cover of the book is very attractive and aptly designed for the kids. The title is totally relevant. The plot of the story is interesting and the presence of aliens makes it even more engaging. It is a perfect blend of fiction, science and moral teachings.
The best thing about the book is that it conveys a very good message that how to interact with others specially to disabled persons.
Language used is very simple. Writing style is amazing.
Illustrations on evey page is wonderful.
Overall, a perfect combo to educate and entertain kids. This book makes a perfect gift.
