This book is a compilation of motivational quotes from day 264 to 365 after the first two volumes. These quotes are really a gem which are very helpful to motivate and give strength to anyone for their all round transformation. Through these quotes the author has reminded us that true happiness is not possible without knowing our inner self. In this volume the author has emphasized on the power of gratitude, affirmations and meditation.
The cover of the book is aptly designed and the title of the book is totally apt as these quotes are really the perfect dose of vitamin H. The language used is simple and lucid. He weaved his words like a magic which has the power to touch one's heart and soul.
I liked the quote -
"Lord Krishna teaches us in the chapter 2 of Bhagavad Gita that you and I are individuals and He is an individual too. Our uniqueness and distinct identities aren’t dismissed or rejected by the Supreme Lord but rather accepted and extolled by Him. But our ahankara or identification with our bodies is what keeps us deluded or entrapped in material existence. Truly, we are spiritual beings having a human experience as French Jesuit Priest and scientist Pierre Teilhard de Chardin had said in the past but our forgetfulness of God keeps us anxious or fearful. So, if we utilize our skills and intelligence in understanding and serving the Supreme Personality of Godhead and the spiritual master through our profession or occupation, our mundane lives will be transmuted into extraordinarily effulgent lives which will not only elevate our own lives but inspire others with our divine vision."
Overall, a thoughtproving read.
