This book is about the views of the author on the environment and our expressions. It is a perfect guide for the improvement of teaching skills. In this book the author has amazingly discussed child psychology, student behaviours, various teaching methodology, lesson planning etc. She has given illustrated examples of lesson planning and other topics. This book mainly highlighted teacher student relationship. She has compared a teacher with god  and classroom with the world. It is a teacher who can give a child good education to become civilised and fruitful.


The book is divided into 5 sections -
1. The philosophy
2. The techniques and accelerates
3. Beyond the classroom
4. Measuring the impact
5. Conclusion
She has explained all the topics briefly in simple language. The writing style of the author is simple yet effective. The cover of the book is good but it could have been better. The title of the book is totally apt. Hats off to the author for writing such a book which surely elevates the quality of teaching and helpful.
Overall, a knowledgeable book.
