Hello everyone, Today I am going to introduce you to the author of 'Flares in the Sky' book. 

Mayank Nayal the author of “Trail of fireflies”, has returned with his next poetry book on love “Flares in the sky”. By profession, he is a government employee and currently working in the Union bank of India. Besides writing he loves to play piano and explore new places. Born and raised in the hills of Almora, Uttarakhand he has always been a nature lover. The works of classic poets like John Keats and William Wordsworth are his inspirations in the writing journey. The author in his own words says, “As a love poet, I strive to capture the beauty and complexity of love through my words. I also believe that love has the power to heal, to connect us all, to connect us with the beauty of nature and I strive to capture this sentiment in my poetries. Language used is simple and lucid. Writing style is of free verses style. Hats off to the author for writing poems on so many situations. He has written the poems about hope, war, fear, freedom, nature etc.

Let's start!

1)How did you come up with the idea for this book The Woman Within?

The book has what I call the ‘main suspense’. It started with a ‘What if’ question I applied to a particular situation. It gave birth to the idea of this book. I unfortunately cannot delve more into it. It might kill the suspense for those who haven’t read the book.

2)Was it difficult to write a psychological thriller?

Iam a sucker for thrillers especially psychological thrillers whether be it in the form of books or movies. Writing ‘The Woman Within’ was therefore not a difficult feat but it was essential to ensure that the readers were kept intrigued until they reached the main suspense of the book.

3)Were there obstacles you faced while writing The Woman Within?

Fortunately, there weren’t any. I had time and the space. All that was required was focus and dedication. I started writing the novel during the COVID pandemic to distract myself from the real-world horror happening around me.

4)What was your first thought when you sat to write this book?

I do not remember having any first thoughts as such. A wonderful idea struck me and I just wanted to put it to paper

5)What was the most fun scene to write in The Woman Within?

I don’t think there are any fun scenes per se in this book because it’s a psychological thriller which has a good share of darkness.

6)Was it difficult to write the two main protagonists?

I wouldn’t say it was difficult to write them but they kept changing from what I first envisioned them to be. As you start writing, characters take a life of their own and sometimes the story and the character of the protagonist/antagonist changes accordingly.

7)If you were forced to live the rest of your life as one of your characters who would it be?

I think I would pick up Anju ma, Zia’s aunt.
Who is the favourite character out of these two Abid and Zia?
Both are dear to me because they were born out my imagination. Said that, I like Zia for her imperfections and for being aware of them.

8)Would you and your main character Zia get along?

Yes, I think we would though I might not approve of her impulsiveness.

9)What's the thing you're either proudest of about your newest novel, The Woman Within, compared to your last one, or the thing that sets it apart from them?
 
My first book ‘What the Eyes See’ is a book of short stories. My current book ‘The Woman Within’ is a novel. That is the main difference between the two books. One thing Iam proud about ‘The Woman Within’ is that majority of the readers were not able to guess the suspense in the story.

2- Tell us something about your book 'Little Me In Everyone' . Every human is born with a “genius”, a guardian spirit allocated at birth. Our whole life is inside our Mind, which is a prism refracting the light of everything around and within us. Caged in this mind is the ‘Little Me’ helping us, talking to us, questioning us, and nurturing us all along the way. Even when no one believes in us, the ‘Little Me’ does. It evolves in multiple realms, the only sustenance it gets is through introspection and reflection done in the state of awareness.
The eternal conversations we have, our struggles for justifications and morals, and our gut feelings are what shape the voice of our ‘Little Me’. 3. Your book seems to be very motivational. How this idea came into your mind?
The Idea sparked from the passion of my writing blogs and posts on social media as (life Mechanic), while helping , healing and motivating others being a Mind Coach and Healer.
Writing is gratifying when our thoughts gush out of our heads like cream from a cake. When we pump out a good piece by the end of the day.Those are our BEST moments.
I guess I had the illusion that originality for a creative story was a completely independent process. While writing, I learned that creative story lines can be inspired by our own real life stories other than already existing stories, and still be considered creative and original.

What more motivation do you want? Looking at your experiences come to life, or something that you wish to record from your memories! It's a brilliant way to capture it all in the form of a motivational and self help book and let others learn and evolve through the same experience as you.

4 - What encouraged you to write on self help genre instead of any other?
I guess that’s why people tell us to learn from history. Us humans, at least when viewed on a grander scale, we never change. We always have the same old problems with the same old solution.

The world is full of valuable lessons, even in places that we don’t expect.

In self-help books, the lessons are structured. They tell you what (they think) you need to know, straight to the point.

Though fiction can be a rich source of valuable lessons, but it takes a keen eye and an inquisitive mind — which gives one the ability to notice the subtle, then to expand, mix, and develop those subtle points into a full-grown amalgam.

In most instances, the lessons within fiction books will be scattered all over the place, in tiny bits and pieces.

5 - Did you always want to become a writer?
Yes, I wanted to be a writer, A writer through and through, To make this dark world brighter, With Guardian angels own point of view...For only angels can know it all, And bring good things to bear, So I prayed for a miracle and became Oracle to write and share wisdom with everyone, thus giving back to the society, to make this world a better place to live, A heart that seeks to care...So I can't rest while others sleep

If words are in full flow, When paragraphs on pages creep, Like footprints in the snow of old memories and experiences of life...Like starlings flying west to east, Across the midday sky, For writing's now become the feast, The words that I live by...

6 - How do you handle negative feedbacks?
If your book can’t be criticized, you aren’t saying anything. No one cares about a book that says the sky is blue. We know that.

Everybody has an opinion. And they are just that — opinions, not facts. So one or two people didn’t like your book? Big deal! Out of millions of readers, that’s not even a drop in the bucket. 

Yes, putting a book out there is scary and nerve-racking. It’s a creative endeavor, which makes it a little more personal. We can’t take reviews personally though. We have to believe in ourselves and not let negative feedbacks stop us.

7 - Are you planning other books? How soon can your readers expect your next book?

Yes the sequel to “ little Me In Everyone “ will be out soon with another slice of my Lif’s learning , wisdom, fall and Triumph.
The most obvious reason to begin a sequel is the real and authentic story line where the previous story ended. This is what fans are always clamoring for: “What happens next?!”
But it’s also true a sequel is a new animal in its own right, with its own set of unique questions and challenges—ones you maybe never even dreamed of when toiling through that first book.

8 - How has your journey as an author been so far?
Looking back on the journey, I can honestly say that I’m not one bit sorry about how long it took or how it’s all played out. For me, it has all unfolded, as it should have. Now I think about all the times I almost gave up, felt hopeless and depressed. Many people I respected and loved thought I should have. But the encouraging words from other authors, family, friends and my Mentors kept me going along with my Guardian angel. Your dream is alive as long as you keep at it.

9 - Who is your favourite Indian and foreign motivational author?

My Mentor Richard Bandler is my favorite and always close to my heart
While I respect and adore Sadguru, Guru Gopal Das and Sister BK Shivani

10 - What does your family think of your writing?

My family is an interesting mix on this front—probably because my family is made up of a smattering of people who are very different on a fundamental level. How some of these people were ever able to co-exist without killing each other is occasionally beyond me.

My mother, wife and kids are very proud of me and loved my writing skills. For rest… I don’t care if they’re proud of me.
I don’t strive to be proud of them.
I care only if I’m proud of myself.
Everyone should strive to be proud of himself or herself.
It’s a flawed idea that we should make members of our clans (families) proud.
When we obsess about making them proud we fail to live our lives the way we want. We inevitably cater to their expectations, dreams and needs and forgo our own dreams and needs.
This can only lead to a society of broken people who are constantly frustrated because they can’t live according to their versions of happiness and success. They always worry what their families will say. They are crippled by it.

11 - What is the best way to market your books?
Social media is the fastest and the best way to market my book , as I already have a huge follower base on social media, the love and support of my fans and followers have already made my book reach the Top seller position.

12 - Any message for your readers?

Learn to live your life by your own rule book, break all self limiting beliefs and reinvent youself as many times as possible, till you start loving what you are doing and start living a happy life with your new and best version/Avatar

The story revolves around the protagonist Padmanabh Pandey, an 18 yr old athlete and his life journey from school days to his college days. He has a close group of friends whom he trust and loves a girl named Anita who loves him back. But his world clashes when she confeses her love for someone else so he decides to start afresh.

Read the book to know what a teenager goes through in his life.

The cover of the book could have been better. The title of the book is appropriate. The plot of the story is interesting, engaging and relatable to present day teenage romance. It is a perfect blend of present day life with old traditions. This breathtaking story has all the elements like love, heart break, friendship, hope, loyalty and much more. The author has very well narrated the journey of a middle class boy. Every emotion and relation is amazingly described by the author with a flavor of wittiness.

Language used is simple and lucid. Characters are well developed and described by the author. I liked Tinaa's character (supportive one).
Hats off to the author for writing such a story which seems to be a normal love story but it is a motivational one full of life lessons.

Overall, an amazing read.

Today I am going to introduce you to the author of 'Fareb Ka Safar'

Let's start!

1)First of all, introduce yourself to our readers.

I work as a Senior Copywriter at a FM channel, so it is obvious that I get paid for writing. Apart from this, I do write on freelance. Prior to that I was a retail professional and used to treat writing like a hobby. But in 2012 when few poetries and articles got published, I realized this should not be taken as lightly. So, I started reading more and developing writing skills. If I am not writing, I love travelling, trekking, and watching movies.

2)Throw some light on your latest book 'Fareb Ka Safar'.

FKS (Fareb Ka Safar) is a Hindi novel which is first of its kind in any Indian language and by any Indian writer. The story revolves around conspiracy of privacy invasion through artificial intelligence. Its an edgy novel where startup culture, metropolitan lifestyle and few bold elements completes the story. Here, every character is cheating in some other way, but all those characters and their every activity is being watched by one person, who is again a cheater. So, the story is dark with a bit of love, relationships, and conspiracy.

3)What prompted you to write this book with such mysterious title.

I have promised to myself that I would always write those stories which would be one of a kind. My first novel “Char Adhuri Baatein” was based on psychological counseling which is again, has not been attempted in any Indian language or by any Indian writer. You may find course materials on AI but never an Indian novel. Also, with data privacy infringement and misuse of AI helped me to ideate for such stories. FKS was written as a script for Web but after its completion, I faced some creative differences and then pandemic happened. So, I released FKS on Kindle in June 2020 and then paperback edition released in March 2021.

4)Tell us something about your previous books.

Prior to FKS, I have written 4 books out of which 2 belongs to collection of poetries.

Sequentially, these are my other books:
Khayalon Ka Abhilekh – Poetry book – 2017
Char Adhuri Baatein – Novela on psychological counseling – 2018
Baaki baatein: Char Adhuri Baatein part 2 – Novela only on Kindle – 2020

Apart from these, I wrote “The Last Murder” a psycho murder mystery novella, available on Matrubharti App.

5)Are all the books of same genre or different?

I try to be as different and unique as I could be.

6)Which genre you enjoyed writing the most?

Every time things were different, so I enjoyed every genre. But yes, I love writing love and romance with unusual twists.

7)Did you always want to become a writer?

No. But I realized that there is no harm in this.

8)How do you handle negative feedbacks?

I consider those as input for my next write-ups.

9)Are you planning other books? How soon can your readers expect your next book?

Yes. I am working on 2 novels and both will be different from each other and to all my previous stories. I am not in rush, but one of them might release in 2022.

10)How has your journey as an author been so far?

It’s been tough because I don’t write in English. I never rush for quick and lots of followers, so it affects my recognition as an Author, but I do have genuine reader base, so it helps me to focus on content.

11)Who is your favorite Indian and foreign author?

Frankly, I do not have any favorite because to me content is more important, and names are secondary. But yes, among Indian author I love reading Nirmal Varma, Krishanchander, Manto, Yashpal, Shrilal Shukl, Hari Shankar Parsayi, Amitava Ghosh and few more. Among foreign authors, I love Stephen King, John Grisham, Sidney Sheldon, Cecelia Ahern, Cathy Kelly, Alexandra Brown, and few others.

12)Any message for your readers?

Well, I would say keep reading and do give feedbacks because only readers complete an Author. A feedback is the quickest royalty which an Author receives. Also do support writers of Indian languages and if you love a book, do tell others to read. Involve people in your reading so that they could develop the habit of reading books. Read more and read everything!

1) Tell something about yourself to our readers.

My name is Dr Shishir Srivastav. I am a paediatrician, blogger, writer and now author of Rage Against The Dying Of The Light.

2) What is 'Rage Against The Dying Of The Light' about?

Rage Against The Dying Of The Light is a hybrid of fiction and a memoir.
This is a reflection of my life, but this is as much a reflection of my life as it reflects the life of any other medical student as he goes through his training process.
This book is also the memoir of a father as he fights relentlessly to save his son from the clutches of a deadly disease.

3) What prompted you to write this love story with such unique title?

The title of this book is taken from a very famous poem by Dylan Thomas ‘Don’t go gentle into that goodnight, Rage, Rage against the dying of the Light’
I wanted a title that could be representative of my struggle to save the life of my son and at the same time should also represent the struggle and the effort a doctor takes to save the life of his patients.
This one seemed just apt

4) Describe this book in one line.

This book is a captivating reverie of emotions that I begged could have been a tad less autobiographical

5) What is your writing process like?

I am a very erratic and eccentric writer. Owing also to the fact that I am a practising paediatrician, there are days and weeks when I don’t write anything but then there are days when I indulge in a sort of binge writing.
This book, in most part, was completed in early morning hours-4.00 am onwards, when the winter in this part of the country was at its chilling max.

6) What do you like to do when you're not writing?

When I am not writing? Well I like to read, blog, walk, watch TV, and of course see patients.

7) What does your family think of your writing?

See, writing is consuming business and can be harsh sometimes for your family life. Though I am blessed that I have a very supportive wife but I don’t deny that she feels neglected and at times gets restless whenever I am in a hardcore writing shell

8) What's your reaction towards negative feedback?

Necessary to keep a check on me and an indicator that I need to work harder

9) What are your future plans? How soon can your readers expect your next book?

Currently I am doing my research to write a commentary on Indian healthcare systems, it’s evolution, drawbacks and suggestions. It may not be a nonfiction. Perhaps a combination of fiction and facts. It should take around one and half years

10) What advice do you have for writers and readers?

Read a lot and do your research properly. And only write what you truly believe.

Hi, I am Nishith Goyal. I am a Chartered Accountant by profession. I am a Marathoner, writer, Author, Podcaster, diarist, and a personal-transformation coach in my personal life. I am the creator of a unique self-development platform - Be Better Bit-By-Bit, and I believe in the philosophy of “Small and Consistent Improvements.”

2)Tell us something about your book 'Be Better Bit By Bit.’

"Be Better Bit-By-Bit” is more than a book. It’s my journey. It’s a philosophy in which I deeply believe in. The book is sewed together under the theme of “Small and consistent improvements.” It discusses concepts of self-awareness, mindfulness, the art of journaling, my learnings from the journey of long-distance running, why I consider sleep essential to my life, and how reading books can transform you for good.

The book is a culmination of changes that I brought into my life using these tools and methods and how my readers can do the same to their lives.

The book is a humble attempt to pass on this philosophy and let the readers understand how “small and consistent improvements” can completely transform their lives. The book is written in easy language with many exercises to help the reader along this journey.

3)Your book seems to be a helpful guide. How did the idea of penning down come into?

I created the platform “Be Better Bit-By-Bit” when the idea of transferring what I learn each day to a more extensive set of audiences occurred to me. The idea came into being when I was doing my daily journaling, and a flash through struck me. I shared this with a few friends, and we started this WhatsApp group called - Be Better Bit-By-Bit. We started with 6-7 members, and I gave them daily activities, which were a perfect blend of the “Small and Consistent Improvements” philosophy. These activities included small physical challenges, journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises, book snippets, etc.

Soon, the platform started showing colors, and my confidence in the philosophy grew.

One morning, while on the way to the office, I was looking up at the sky, and that’s when it struck me that why not take the idea a bit further. I was already exploring my writing skills on the Medium platform, so why not take the philosophy to a bigger audience through a book. The idea kept me nudging for months, and finally, after the initial hitch, I started writing my thoughts in August 2019.

4)Did you always want to become a writer?

No. I am not sure when writing entered my life. As I narrated the story above, becoming an author was a “flash thought.”

Though I was regular with my journaling habit, expressing my thoughts through the Medium platform was the first serious step towards writing. Article by article, the journey gave me confidence, and all the tools, i.e., self-awareness, mindfulness, running, journaling, Be Better Bit-By-Bit platform, together became the book that you and I are holding together.

5)How do you handle negative feedback?

To be honest, I feel feedback is never “negative.” It’s the way we think of it that decides whether it’s negative or positive.

I am part of the corporate world for the last 15-years. And, receiving and giving feedback is engraved in our daily professional life. Imagine someone taking time out for you and giving you feedback on what you are doing right or wrong. How can that person be wrong? The tone can be wrong, but intentions are never wrong. Take such conversations in a positive stride, and it will only help you grow and not the other way round.

I believe if people don’t give you feedback, that’s when it should raise the alarm.

Take the example of personal relationships; if couples don’t share feedback for each other and then take them in the proper stride, the relationship will never grow in the right direction.

After all of this, if I feel someone is harsh to me or there is a lot of “negativity” in the feedback, I go quiet. That’s the way I handle negativity. Going quiet allows me to calm down. Once my mind is in shape, the feedback doesn’t look negative. It works all the time.

6)Are you planning other books? How soon can your readers expect your next book?

Yes, I have already started penning down my next book. It’s going to be another year for that book.

7)How has your journey as an author been so far?

Every day has been a learning experience. I know that’s a cliche. But that’s what has happened. Publishing the book has made me realize the gaps, the perspective change, and the fact that authors need to know sales. And that’s my most significant learning during this process.

I am enjoying the journey because it lets me meet and talk to people I would not have otherwise. Becoming an Author has opened gates that I never knew were there.

The journey of this book is more of learning for me than for my readers. And that’s why this journey is so exciting.

8)Who are your favorite Indian and foreign motivational author?

I read and listen a lot to Brian Tracy, Dale Carnegie. And from Indian authors, I like Priya Kumar’s mix of motivation and fiction.

9)What does your family think of your writing?

Extremely supportive. For my daughter, she feels proud to introduce me as an Author. And for my spouse, feels great when her friends greet her as an Author’s wife, I feel proud too. My parents and my family are almost on cloud nine. The day my book was launched, there were so many happy tears.

My first book is a tribute to Late Ms. Shobha Agarwal, my maternal aunt, a mother figure to me, whom we lost a few weeks back. I will regret that I was not able to release my book in her presence.

My book is not an effort only by me, it’s a collective effort. When a writer becomes an author, it’s not only because of his efforts, it’s because of the efforts of all the people around him. Everyone contributes.

10)Any message for your readers?

I just want to say one thing - Friends; every goal is big and unachievable till you perceive it that way. If you make tiny or micro or small efforts each day, the consistency will lead you to a state when your confidence grows big.

Who would have thought 50-years back that we will be searching for life on the Planet Mars, but we are doing it? The process was slow, but it was steady. And, the results are here to be seen by the World.

“Be Better Bit-By-Bit” is the same for me. 500-words each day, and here I am, in front of the World with my first book.

The only message I have is this - Be Better Bit-By-Bit.

It is a perfect blend of science, fiction, actions and thrill with lots of twist and turns. Language used is simple and easy. Narration is quite smooth. Characterization is superb. The flow of the book is well paced.
Overall, an enjoyable read.

The cover of the book is aptly designed and mysterious. The title is totally apt. The plot of the story is interesting, and about empowering women. It is a perfect blend of action, suspense, love, tragedy,horror and LGBTQ theme. The book is divided into 22 chapters which is readers friendly. The title of each chapter is unique. Language used is simple and lucid. Characters are well developed and described by the author. I liked the willfull and straightforward character of Naomi. Rylaigh's character is also very notable. Hats off to the author for writing such a fiction  which has everything in it that one can laugh, cry, get angry by reading this. The author has narrated the war scenes so beautifully that makes it an engaging read. The book also put some bible references to explain which makes it even more interesting to read.
Overall, a captivating read.

1.How Nature Inspire you?
Born to a city that has phenomenal natural calibre, a place that has many cultural and social essence, and later on having school education in the capital of hilly state, It has always been very delightful to stay close to nature, observe its natural impressions, and in such ways it has been a great pleasure to live out the moments of my life close to nature and enjoy its real prestige around.
What it does as an inspiring factor that it gives the calmness requires to do bigger tasks and make sure that they do get accomplished in right direction, it has made heart blissful and an experience of lifetime to save for sure, the way my house is located close to green forests on the top and the honorary lake in the lower land all coming closer as inspiration makes it sublime, and what it has resulted that it gives a clear impression to sense of purpose for which it has been an inspiring factor by many ways.
Thus the most powerful inspiring feeling these hills have given me is to stand still like a rock, be determined and execute plans no matter whatever conditions and challenge rise in front, and to stay firm, be calm and make sure that things not go to haywire situations for which I am deeply indebted to the nature around, feels blissful to have got such environment, and lets hope that it would keep inspiring me to write more and work out more bigger plans in future.

2.What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books?
There are many things to learn when you write books, You have to be on the spot, you require discipline, and that's the first idea that comes to your mind as you may require plan, and if you spill it out without right accuracy, things can be very critical so that's the first fact I learnt while writing books.
Second thing that counts for an author while writing a book is to decide what would be the choice of his or her audience who would read for which Psychological and cultural understanding of the country or area to choose is vital, thus writing books It helped me a lot to understand what my readers want and how to choose it carefully.
Lastly you require a strong financial plan, an economic goal to settle, and if you can't manage things well it doesn't suit you in any ways, thus how to financially be updated and in what way it should be used was the biggest learning curve for me after becoming a writer.
Yet the most surprising element I learnt from writing works is the changes thinking process could give you and it can only do you by writing books which require a complex set of adaptation, thus it helps in giving a new thinking ideology and get settled with it.

3. As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?
I wanted to settle in with something unique, the way it should help me to become better, and let me continue to contribute for my society.
Though before I lost vision around age of 12, I had few dreams that require vision to fulfil, but once I entered to the visionless world with students like me around special school, Things changed rapidly and so did my approach.
Thus from such point of time, I learnt quickly to write things out, practiced hard to be into the field of Quizzing, and hence it has been a great journey the person I have become today.

4.What's your working schedule when you are writing?
Usually I plan night hours to do my writing, especially when I have planned a book and wish to complete it, in the day hours its lot of hassle and I feel its more effective to do the stuff around night.
Although if I am at my home, its not a big deal, as Nainital is a beautiful hill station, gives you exact peace and harmony to work around, and the environment it possess usually helps a  lot for writing.
Thus my schedule for writing may come for 2-4 hours at a time, I don't plan big or continued hours of hard work as it can also bring stress, and its not a cake walk to plan all efforts out, Thus I set a schedule which would have some laughter, some tea session going around, and while its all on I keep working and makes it a nice mood to settle all things out.

5.What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
As far any peculiar standard is concerned, I would say that my writing quirk mostly relates to Cultural interchange as I have been the student of History from my college days and believe in change that happens on certain basis, thus it would be a peculiar trend in my writing that I cover things that happens in the current and tries to cover them up which would show that I believe in Continuity or change debate and tries to give that touch to my writing.
To do that effectively, I choose such topic which have a common baseline in past, has been changing in recent times, and I try to locate that in what way that change or new line has come to that certain ideological pillar which gives me strength and help to decide how to cover it up in my writing settlement and make it more potent around.

6.Tell us something about your books except what is mentioned in blurb.
There are two common things you will find in my works, in which 1st is a focal point around which the entire work moves round, and second is a pattern in which each chapter would connect to other, and such movement by which it comes to effect will surely make you feel that a channel of writing has been created which is also known as 'Ring of expansive thoughts' and this is the core value by which I carries on my writing style.
There is also a symbol of essence you would be able to highlight in which I try to first bring the core topic, expands it with the main essence that has been discussed, and then close it out with the future to come which should help you to find a common methodology I obtain to make my writing equally effective.
Lastly anything than that, What you would be able to find in my writing, whether poetry, prose or research commentary that there is a sense of urgency that People should act on the problems, must help everybody realise that such issues are in existence in present, and this style to make sure that people do come to action is the core method for which I create stuff and lets hope that my writing efforts continue to come more and more.

7. In what way youre chosen works highlight the world of writing to which you have established?
There are two major ways they highlight my chosen world, in which 1st has been the direction of settled methodology which you can clearly witness as certain chosen genre follow up the work, And second is to execute plans for bigger platforms that may include my 5 GK Series and the way they have made their impact shows enough the way the works have highlighted their presence and made my world of establishments a bigger one, and together they both stand firm in their direction with my plans to future still under construction.
In this way what I give you as an author that I assure what I have done still continue to be into establishment, I make sure that the things I have planned must be brought to reality by hard work of my entire team, and what I am able to do is that I like to plan in step by step procedure that makes it an accurate journey for which I hope to continue the works around.

Although while thinking of promotions, it is vital that the author must know how to do it effectively, Sometimes we waste lot of money doing promotions and find it not coming to right potency, Thus it depends on the author's perspective how he or she would try to bring the promotions into effect and in what way he or she can make the most by having them for becoming a better author.
Thus they are no doubt helpful to create craze about your work, surely give you boost for larger audience to come into effect, and if chosen correctly with proper care and not misdirected then can bring great response for which choose carefully and make the most of your work around certain areas by having promotions.

10. Any suggestions for the budding Writers? If yes, then what are they?
There are few suggestions I would have for the new writers who are rising across my New Indian writing legacy, and I have one straight advice for them first of all that they don't get satisfied by a single work and feel that this is over which is not the end of the publishing industry by any means.
The writing industry is vast and oceanic in its comparative legacy and they must establish a long lasting name for themselves if they have to live the entire world out by their writing skills.
Further, I would let them know that they should explore new writing skills, multiple genres of their abilities to create such efforts, and if they are able to create, make sure that they forward that writing legacy to more rising writers which should assure a prominent growth of writing culture across our great India.
Lastly what I would like to mention that they don't get discouraged with lesser impact, few readers, or lesser global response, In early days its only sunrise, then it becomes a basking day, and then an entire day of fruitful trees, but to reach that far you would require strong commitment and don't get disheartened, If you know you are right, make sure you stand like rock on your path and carry on your legacy.

2)      What is 'Meri Aarzoo' about?

Meri Aaarzoo is about 13 stories which take you through different colors of life whether its happiness or sadness it is beautifully expressed and tries to bring liveliness in each and every character that anyone who reads would definitely be engaged and relate to.

3)      What prompted you to write short stories instead of a full length novel?
In a new age world where people are running behind chasing dreams and are engaged in a never ending rat race for survival pretending to be very busy. Now we see this as a trend: people instead of reading books or newspapers get their knowledge from Social Media in the form of short news short articles. Hence as a budding writer my main focus was to build a connection with the audience. Yes full length novel in my upcoming project.

Yes

5)      What is your writing process like?
I am a working professional, whatever time I get on weekends I use to write. it was not a continuous process. Some time I have to read the entire plot and again rethink the subject line.

They think it is a waste of time because instead of giving time to them I  am spending time in writing story.

He has narrated all the emotions of love, hope, loss, pain and redemption beautifully that one can easily connect with. He has penned down politics and work of a politician for their own welfare and not for the society amazingly.
Language used is simple and easy to understand.
Character development is strong. I liked the character of Damyanti. The flow of the book is fast paced making it an engaging read.

1) First of all introduce yourself to the readers.

I am Saurabh, a filmmaker by profession. I run a production house called Wingfoot Productions in Noida. I am originally from Bihar, but have travelled and stayed in many cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Delhi, mostly for studies and work. I never really thought about being an author, but then about 5-6 years back, I came up with an idea and thought it could work well as a book, and so, Aham came into being. 

2) What is 'The Aham Trilogy' about? 

Aham is a fantasy fiction series which is set in a world that is hidden from humans. It deals with past wrongs, the drive the avenge them and the shaky moral grounds that we stand on in the times of war. 

3) What prompted you to write about this genre of spirits,  demons and humans?

I have always been a huge fan of fantasy fiction ever since I read Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien and have always wanted to be a part of such worlds. Originally, the idea for Aham started as a fan fiction for A song of Ice and Fire, but I realized that I had enough material for an entirely new world and that's how Aham came into being. 

4) Describe your book in one line. 

A tale of revenge, redemption and assimilation. 

5) What is your writing process like? 

There a lot of times that I had heard in the past that writing does not need a process, but I strongly believe that there needs to be one. Personally, I always start at the end. I always think of the climax first, and then build the story backwards from there. The one thing that I always adhere to while writing (whether books or scripts) is that I need to have the entire story structure in place. Before I start writing anything, I need to know the sequence of events and motivations. And I think it is because of that that I have nor experienced the writer's block as yet! 

6) What do you like to do when you're not writing? 

If I am not writing or working, I am mostly watching a movie or a series or reading a book. Apart from that, my dog Sansa takes up most of my time! I do like cooking also at times, but mostly I am just lazy and find it the most difficult task to get up from the couch! 

7) What does your family think of your writing? 

They have been extremely supportive and encouraging. Not just my parents and my sister, but even my extended family has been very enthusiastic about having a writer in their midst! It kind of feels special! In fact, my cousin Animesh gave me one of the best feedback that I have received so far (though it may be a little biased considering he's my cousin). He said that Aham does to fantasy what Scorsese did to gangster films, that is move the story along without getting bogged down under atmosphere building.

8) What's your reaction towards negative feedback? 

Negative feedback can be in many forms, but if it is a constructive one, I always treasure it. That is the only way of knowing what to improve upon. But if there is negative feedback that comes from someplace else, I just forget it! 

9) What are your future plans? How soon can your readers expect your next book? 

My future plans include a shift to Mumbai soon, and a venture into films and web series hopefully! The manuscript for my next is ready actually, and it is undergoing the editing as of now. It's an attempt at horror, and I hope that it has come out well! 

10) What advice do you have for writers and readers?

Considering that Aham is my debut book, I really don't think I am in much of a position to give out advice! But a general advice to everyone would be to explore more. You never know when you might discover something that becomes your next passion!

"The scent of Him" is my first noveI, it's a murder mystery which revolves around 6 primary suspects. And obviously, the name of the novel reveals that it has a punch of extra suspense which I leave to the readers to discover. 

3) What prompted you to write this murder mystery?
I always wanted to write, and I think my inclination towards understanding the various crimes happening around the world, gave me a real push to write this novel.

The one line that can desribe my novel will" be "SIX MEN SIX MOTIVES, TO SOLVE THE MYSTERY JOIN OUR DETECTIVES'

Ha ha ha! ,I don't but my students and friends do Google and tell me that now I am known. 

6) What do you like to do when you're not writing?
Well, when I am not writing, which is actually not a real situation as writing is a continuous process, you might not be writing but you still writing all those new ideas Inside your brain.Otherwise, the other thing which I enjoy , is attending my clients at my offlce doing TAROT readings for them. 

7) Does your family support your writing?
It's a blessing that I have born in a very supportive family, they know that it's my passion and I have been provided with lots of freedom since my childhood.

8) What's your reaction towards negative feedback?
I don't believe that anything is negative, I appreciate that people really took time to write things about my novel, and it is in Itself Is a great motivator. I am grateful to all those, who anyhow contribute to my improvement each day. 

9) What are your future plans? How soon can your readers expect your next book?
Well, as the current scenario is so uncertain right now, that I cant say anything. But I am writing two noveIs simultaneously and my readers can expect them in the market once the situation stabilizes. 

10) What advice do you have for writers and readers?

I don't think that I can really have the right to comment on others work, but still if I have to say then I would like to say that write onIy when it's your passion, as without passion nobody can create anything great.

Hello everyone,
Today I am going to introduce you to the author of 'The Better You'

Let's start!

1) Can you tell me a little bit about yourself? 

I'm a management consulting professional who graduated from college about 3 years back. I'm also an artist and a food enthusiast and needless to say, have art (@purplestein.store) and food (@survivalgourmet) blogs on Instagram :) 

2) When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer? 

While I've been writing poems ever since childhood, professional writing happened only after college when I started to pen down my everyday thoughts into words - something that I was doing in the pursuit of giving meaning to them. 

3) When did you start writing?

Poems since childhood, book writing post college.

4)What is 'The Better You' about? 

‘The Better You’ details my learnings from facing the ‘real world’. It captures a wide range of human emotions and experiences, ranging from everyday courage, compassion and managing relations to mindfulness, self-love and self-awareness. 

5) What motivated you to write the book of this genre?

My parents have always taught me that as long as we are on this planet, we must always strive to provide meaningful contributions to the world. I always try to live by this value and for me, this book is a medium to bring about change (hopefully) in the lives of people who read it.

6) Explain your book in one line. 

"Life lessons beyond textbooks"

7) What's the best experience you've gained through writing? 

     a) Our entire life is transient - every moment passes away and every person comes and goes (some stay longer, some don't) 

     b) Self-reliance can take you to places. Lack of it won't even get you out of your bed

     c) Denial is the biggest roadblock against change

     d) Everything we want to achieve can be worked upon by watching one less TV show each day! 

8) How do you handle negative feedback? 

I see feedbacks (both positive and negative) as exciting avenues that can enable me to be a better version of myself. 

For this reason, I take note of positive feedback and label that as my 'strength' so that I know that this skill/point can be leveraged sometime in the future as needed. Similarly, I also take note of negative feedback (which I like to call 'constructive feedback') and see what change in my actions can help me convert this development opportunity into a strength.

9) Who is your favorite Indian and foreign author? 

I wouldn't say that I have a particular favorite - I'm the kind of person who loves to know about a lot of different ideas from a lot of different perspectives. :)

10) How soon can your readers expect your next book?

I've already started working on the next book, perhaps a year or so.

 
11) Any message to all aspiring authors?

I'd summarise the message, in a poem from my book:

In the long, dark tunnel,

would I have to travel…

…and when I set sail,

it’ll all be behind.

 

And I wouldn’t even know,

where is the other end;

or even worse, if there is any?

 

So is it even worth,

to embark on this journey?

 

But if I never try, would I ever know!
